PRINCE2 is a project management methodology that can be applied to different types of projects and projects of different sizes. It is comprehensive in its approach but flexible in application, offering a structured approach to control the start, progress and closure of a project. The method ultimately facilitates a controlled approach to change and better project outcomes.
