Prince2 Practitioner - Course Aims

To refine the participant's PRINCE2 knowledge and application skills.The training will:

Expand the participant's understanding of the key principles of the methodology
Expand the participant's understanding on how to apply key functions such as Project Assurance and Project Controls
Provide experience in applying project techniques under different situations
Demonstrate a series of tools that can be used to assist project managers in various problem situations

Prepare participants for the Practitioner Certification

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

Provide detailed explanations on PRINCE2's elements, their relationships and how they can be applied in different project environments
Explain and demonstrate how to apply project management tools
Explain and demonstrate how to effectively apply PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario
