MSP Foundation - Course Aims

To develop knowledge on how the MSP programme management method operates and how it can be applied in different situations.

At the end of this course participants will be able to:

  • Explain how to justify the start up and continuation of a programme
  • Blueprinting to define and plan strategic change
  • Explain the composition of MSP and how the various elements of the MSP model are used to control a programme
  • Explain the roles and responsibilities within a programme management environment
